Performance Marketing Manager · since 2020
A growth partner to more than 50 brands and companies across Saudi Arabia and the Gulf. I have led marketing teams and run the ad accounts directly, and on more than one of them the engagement ran past three years. The work is below.

Platforms I work in
I have managed more than 50 brands and companies since 2020, across e-commerce stores, corporates, clinics and law firms.
As AI matured I did not stop at leading teams and running campaigns. I folded my marketing and campaign work into producing video that turns into a source of sales, and I have directed a good many ads for companies and stores. These are the notable ones.

He worked with me for more than six years. He built two perfume brands from zero on the marketing side, put together a full marketing team, and ran that team for six years.

With him we reached half a million in sales for the first time. The results built up across the whole six months of work, and they came from more than one source: Google search and the paid campaigns.

It is enough to say that during Nezar’s time managing us we reached everyone in Qatar, and the whole market came to know our company.

Four steps in an order that does not invert: no ad is bought before measurement exists.
One account I took over had 85,901 clicks that ended in 313 sales. Raising the budget then would have doubled the loss, not the revenue.
I built the full stack from scratch on one project: Analytics · Tag Manager · Merchant Center · pixel. I fire each event myself and confirm it lands before the first riyal goes out.
My best month returned SAR 61 for every riyal spent. Across everything I have managed, the blended figure is 5.6.
I produced a video for a perfume store and ran its campaign. It sold SAR 81,029 across 402 purchases.
Where I started, and how digital marketing became the whole of my work.

I started in 2013 with personal projects: sites I launched and ran, then contracts with international companies to market them. Nobody was hiring me then, so I learned performance from the side that pays for the mistake, and the number at the end of the month was my only review. From 2020 digital marketing became my full-time work.
From 2020 I ran digital marketing for one brand for six years and seven months without a break, and alongside it I ran accounts for dozens of brands across Saudi Arabia and the Gulf. The sectors changed constantly, from perfume and lighting to footwear, marble, gyms and digital game top-ups. The way I work did not.
Today I work with a deliberately small number of brands at any one time. An account that is managed well needs a weekly read, and reading twenty accounts a week is not possible.
Direct answers to what usually comes up, without hedging.
Strategy, reading the data and spend decisions stay with me and are not delegated. Production runs through a team I build and train, which I have done on two separate projects. I have managed more than 50 brands and companies directly, and the longest relationship ran six years and seven months without a break. I keep the number of brands small at any one time by choice, because a good account needs a weekly read rather than a monthly report.
Because price follows the spend level, the number of channels and the state of the account on the day I take it over. An account that needs its measurement rebuilt from scratch is not priced like one that is ready to scale, and any single number here would be wrong in one of those two cases.
Because anyone who publishes their clients’ numbers under their names will publish yours too. I give references in conversation when you ask.
Every number on this page comes from a report I handed the client at the time, or from the platform dashboard directly. Where the data has limits, I wrote them inside the case itself instead of leaving them out.
It shortens production, not the decision. My strongest results came years before these tools existed, and the question has not changed: where does the next riyal go, and why. The tool made the ad faster to build. It did not read the account for me.
Access to your existing ad accounts, access to the store so I can install measurement and verify it, the payment card connected on your side rather than mine, and one kickoff meeting where we agree on what we measure and what counts as success.
Half an hour on your account, free and with nothing attached. A struggling account needs a diagnosis and a stable one needs room to scale, and half an hour is enough to tell which you have.
You leave with three written notes on your account, whether or not we work together afterwards.
