Considered work for businesses looking to multiply revenue

I do not sell packages. The three tracks below are the work I do; the scope of any engagement is set after reviewing the account, never before.

01

Performance media management

Every riyal of ad spend returns sales and profit, not reach and impressions.

Who this is for

E-commerce stores and companies with a product that already sells, looking to raise ad budget without watching return on spend fall.

What it covers

  • Campaign structure and budget split across the right channels: Google, Snapchat, Meta and TikTok.
  • Audience testing aimed at people who buy, not people who browse.
  • Regular, direct reporting on net sales and cost per order rather than views.

02

Tracking audit and conversion rate work

The visitor you paid for does not leak away, and your store measures what actually happens in it.

Who this is for

Stores with plenty of traffic and weak sales, or with reason to doubt their Snapchat and Meta reporting because the platforms disagree with each other.

What it covers

  • Server-side pixel and CAPI wiring so purchases are measured accurately.
  • A walk through the store experience to find where the basket is abandoned.
  • Practical fixes to page speed and the checkout steps.

03

Lead generation for services and companies

Your calendar fills with enquiries from people ready to buy.

Who this is for

Clinics and medical centres, fitness clubs, contracting firms, and B2B solutions.

What it covers

  • Campaigns that send the customer straight to a call or a WhatsApp conversation.
  • Ad copy written for how a local buyer in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf actually decides.
  • Filtering, so only genuinely interested enquiries reach your sales team.

The loop your account goes through

Four steps in an order that does not invert: no ad is bought before measurement exists.

  1. I read the account first

One account I took over had 85,901 clicks that ended in 313 sales. Raising the budget then would have doubled the loss, not the revenue.

  2. Then I build measurement

I built the full stack from scratch on one project: Analytics · Tag Manager · Merchant Center · pixel. I fire each event myself and confirm it lands before the first riyal goes out.

  3. Then I buy and optimise

I buy against cost per sale rather than reach, and I measure each campaign over its own period rather than a blended average that hides erosion. The figures sit inside each case above.

  4. And I own the creative it runs on

I produced a video for a perfume store and ran its campaign. It returned 402 purchases. The revenue and the return sit inside the case.

The questions people ask before signing

Who actually does the work, and is there enough capacity for our account?

Strategy, reading the data and spend decisions stay with me. Production runs through a team I build and train, which I have done on two projects. I have worked with more than 50 brands and companies, 37 of them managed directly and documented in monthly reports, and the longest relationship ran six years and seven months without a break. I keep the number small at any one time by choice, because a good account needs a weekly read rather than a monthly report.

Why are there no prices on the site?

Because price follows the spend level, the number of channels and the state of the account on the day I take it over. An account that needs its measurement rebuilt from scratch is not priced like one that is ready to scale, and any single number here would be wrong in one of those two cases.

You publish client names with their numbers. Is that what happens to mine?

What appears here appears with the owner’s permission, not on my judgement alone, and anything without that permission stays described by its sector. Your account is under the same rule: no figure from it reaches a public page without your written agreement.

Are the numbers real?

Every number on this page comes from a report I handed the client at the time, or from the platform dashboard directly. Where the data has limits, I wrote them inside the case itself instead of leaving them out.

You use AI. Is that a shortcut?

It shortens production, not the decision. My strongest results came years before these tools existed, and the question has not changed: where does the next riyal go, and why. The tool made the ad faster to build. It did not read the account for me.

What do you need from me to start?

Access to your existing ad accounts, access to the store so I can install measurement and verify it, the payment card connected on your side rather than mine, and one kickoff meeting where we agree on what we measure and what counts as success.

Which of the three tracks fits your account?

Send your store link and your current numbers, and I will tell you which one moves the needle fastest — before we talk scope, and before we talk price.
